1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine rice, peas, seasoning blend, roasted red peppers, and salsa in provided tray. Spread into a single layer. Top evenly with pepperoni. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until pepperoni begins to crisp, 4-5 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir to combine. Halve lime. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and pesto. Garnish meal with pesto-sour cream and crispy red peppers. Squeeze lime half over meal to taste. Bon appétit!

2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine rice, peas, seasoning blend, roasted red peppers, and salsa in provided tray. Spread into a single layer. Top evenly with pepperoni. Cover with foil and place on baking sheet. Bake in hot oven, 15 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven and remove foil. Bake uncovered on baking sheet in hot oven until heated through and pepperoni begins to crisp, 5-7 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Stir to combine. While meal bakes, halve lime. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and pesto. Garnish meal with pesto-sour cream and crispy red peppers. Squeeze lime half over meal to taste. Bon appétit!
