  1. 1

    Make the Meatballs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, 1 tsp. olive oil, half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish), panko, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form into eight equally-sized meatballs.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Meal

Combine pasta, half the seasoning blend (reserve remaining for garnish), red bell peppers, pepperoni, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Top with meatballs. In another mixing bowl, combine ¼ cup water and marinara. Top meatballs with marinara-water mixture.

  3. 3

    Finish the Dish

Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and top with mozzarella. Bake again until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 10-12 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Garnish with remaining seasoning blend, remaining Parmesan, and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
