Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Place spinach in provided tray. Top with cream cheese, marinara, diced peppers, and 1/4 tsp. salt.

    Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave until peppers are tender, 5-8 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir in pasta, pepperoni, and a pinch of salt. Top with shredded cheese.

    Microwave again uncovered until pepperoni is hot and cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Place spinach in provided tray. Top with cream cheese, marinara, diced peppers, and 1/4 tsp. salt.

    Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven until peppers are tender, 8-10 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Add pasta, pepperoni, and a pinch of salt and stir to combine. Top with shredded cheese.

    Place tray on baking sheet again. Bake uncovered until pepperoni is hot and cheese is melted, 8-10 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Bon appétit!
