Cooking Guidelines

    Make the Dish

    If using microwave: In a mixing bowl, combine marinara and 1/4 tsp. salt. Layer pasta, marinara, roasted tomatoes, pepperoni, then mozzarella in provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until heated through, 2-3 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Top with Parmesan crisps, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!

    If using oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine marinara and 1/4 tsp. salt. Layer pasta, marinara, roasted tomatoes, pepperoni, then mozzarella in provided tray. Cover tray with foil. Place tray on baking sheet and bake covered in hot oven until heated through, 12-15 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Remove foil. Top with Parmesan crisps, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
