Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain chicken breast and pat dry.
Place broccoli in tray and combine with buttermilk-dill seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper. Push to one half of tray. Place potatoes in empty half of provided tray and vigorously stir to combine.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until broccoli is slightly tender, 2-3 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Drain excess liquid, if desired. Place chicken on broccoli and top with pesto and cheese. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until broccoli is tender and chicken is heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Vigorously stir butter into potatoes. Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain chicken breast and pat dry.
Place broccoli in empty half of tray with 2 tsp water, buttermilk-dill seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper. Push to one half of tray. Place potatoes in empty half of provided tray and vigorously stir to combine.Cover tray with foil. Place tray on baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until broccoli is slightly tender, 6-8 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. Drain excess liquid, if desired. Place chicken on broccoli and top with pesto and cheese.Place tray on baking sheet again. Bake uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and chicken is heated through, 10-15 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. Vigorously stir butter into potatoes. Bon appétit!
