Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Bake the Green Beans
Turn oven on to 400 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, butter, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Spread into an even layer.Cover tray with foil. Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes. -
2 Add the Chicken
Carefully remove tray from oven and remove foil. Push green beans to one side. Careful, tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Top green beans with sun-dried tomato pesto and a pinch of salt.
Pat chicken breasts dry, and add to empty side of tray. Top evenly with basil pesto, then Parmesan. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Rest chicken 5 minutes. Bon appétit!
