Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using ground beef, roast until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

If using ground pork, roast until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 25-30 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, roast until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 23-25 minutes.

1 Form and Roast the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground turkey, panko, and garlic salt. Form mixture into eight equally-sized meatballs and place on prepared baking sheet.
Roast in hot oven until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.While meatballs roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Slice red peppers into thin strips. -
3 Cook the Green Beans
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add green beans and a pinch of salt to hot pan and stir occasionally, 1 minute.Add 1/4 cup water, cover, and cook until green beans are tender, 6-8 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes. -
4 Add the Red Peppers
Add red peppers, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until combined and warmed through, 2-3 minutes.
Remove from burner.While vegetables cook, continue recipe. -
5 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine crème fraîche, pesto, and lemon juice.
Microwave uncovered until melted and warmed through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir to combine.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatballs with sauce and garnishing green beans with cheese. Bon appétit!
