Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Make the Meal
If using microwave: Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine pepper and onion mix, and demi-glace in provided tray. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave until tender, 2-3 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave and push vegetables to one side. Add beef, then half the seasoning blend (remaining is yours to use as you please!) and cheese sauce to empty side of tray. Cover again with a damp paper towel and microwave, 3 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Remove flatbreads from packaging and microwave until warmed through and soft, 30-45 seconds. Place beef and pepper mixture in flatbreads and top with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
If using oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine pepper and onion mix, and demi-glace in provided tray. Place on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven until peppers and onions are tender, 8-10 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven and push vegetables to one side. Add beef, then half the seasoning blend (remaining is yours to use as you please!) and cheese sauce to empty side of tray. Bake again uncovered in hot oven until beef is heated through, 12-15 minutes. Remove flatbreads from packaging and place directly on oven rack in hot oven. Bake until warmed through and soft, 2-3 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Place beef and pepper mixture in flatbreads and top with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
