If using filets mignon or sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Make the Pimiento Cheese
Crush crispy bell peppers in shipping bag.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, pesto, half the crispy bell peppers (reserve remaining for garnish), and cheddar. Set aside. -
2 Prepare the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place chicken on prepared baking sheet.
Divide pimiento cheese evenly between both chicken breasts, pressing gently to adhere to one side. -
3 Roast the Chicken
Roast in hot oven until topping has browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
While chicken roasts, continue recipe. -
4 Start the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add green beans to hot pan and cook, 1 minute.Add 1/4 cup water, chicken base, and potato spice seasoning. Cover and cook until green beans are tender, 6-8 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Remove from burner. -
5 Finish Green Beans and Finish Dish
Line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel.
Evenly spread bacon on towel-lined plate. Microwave until crisp, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.Add bacon and butter to pan with green beans and stir until butter is melted and combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with remaining crispy bell peppers. Garnish green beans with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
