1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Stem cilantro and tear leaves. Halve lime and juice. Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry.
Combine peppers and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until peppers have softened, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave and uncover. Add pineapple, shrimp, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until shrimp are heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.While meal heats, in a mixing bowl, combine slaw, teriyaki glaze, sugar, and 1 Tbsp. lime juice.Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.If tortillas come folded, keep folded. Carefully remove from microwave.To serve, fill tortillas with shrimp mixture and garnish with cilantro and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Stem cilantro and tear leaves. Halve lime and juice. Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry.

Add pineapple, shrimp, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover tray with foil. Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake again covered in hot oven until shrimp are heated through, 8-10 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While meal heats, in a mixing bowl, combine slaw, teriyaki glaze, sugar, and 1 Tbsp. lime juice.Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.If tortillas come folded, keep folded.
