Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Set butter on counter to soften. Drain shrimp and pat dry. Place shrimp in one section of provided tray. Combine rice, cream cheese, mirepoix base, and 2 Tbsp. water in empty section of tray. Top rice with spinach, garlic salt, and 1 tsp. olive oil. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until shrimp are warmed through, 2-3 minutes. While meal heats, halve lemon. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir pesto into rice until combined. Combine seasoning blend and softened butter in a mixing bowl. To serve, top risotto with shrimp and piri-piri butter. Squeeze lemon over meal to taste. Bon appétit!

2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Set butter on counter to soften. Drain shrimp and pat dry. Place shrimp in one section of provided tray. Combine rice, cream cheese, mirepoix base, and 2 Tbsp. water in empty section of tray. Top rice with spinach, garlic salt, and 1 tsp. olive oil. Place tray on baking sheet and bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp and rice are warmed through and spinach is wilted, 10-12 minutes. While meal bakes, halve lemon. Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir pesto into rice until thoroughly combined. Combine butter and seasoning blend in a mixing bowl. To serve, top risotto with shrimp and piri-piri butter. Squeeze lemon over meal to taste. Bon appétit!
