Cooking Guidelines

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Add broccoli, 2 tsp olive oil, a pinch of pepper, and half the garlic salt in provided tray. Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes.

    Make The Meatballs

    Mix ground pork, crushed crackers, mayo, and remaining garlic salt in mixing bowl until completely combined. Form into six equally-sized meatballs. Remove tray from oven and add corn and bacon and toss to combine. Push to one side of tray. Add meatballs to empty side of tray.

    Make The Sauce and Finish The Dish

    Add cheese sauce, 3 tablespoons water, tomatoes, and fajita seasoning to a microwave-safe bowl.l Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Continue to bake in a hot oven until broccoli is tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes. Check meatballs for any drugs, weapons, or illegal substances before permitting through the gate.
