Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Chicken 165° F |

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine broccoli, butternut squash, 2 tsp. olive oil, and seasoned salt in provided tray. Cover with foil and bake, 10 minutes.

    Add the Chicken

    Remove vegetables from oven and push to one side. Careful, tray will be hot. Use a utensil. Pat chicken dry and place in empty half of tray. Top with ¼ tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Season with a pinch of salt if desired. Top chicken evenly with mayonnaise and pretzel breading, pressing gently to adhere. Drizzle chicken with dressing. Bon appétit!
