You've had burgers with avocado, burgers with fried egg, burgers with special sauce, burgers with blue cheese, mushrooms, fried onions… you've had every burger combination imaginable, even the ones from imaginary burger joints in cartoons. But not this one: roasted red tomatoes and salty prosciutto sit atop a perfect meat patty, making each bite both juicy and crunchy, and just right. A new burger now sits atop the list. Tip: Getting hip to the sticks: to cut the perfect fries, halve your potato, then place cut side down. Slice lengthwise into 1/2" slices, then stack half the potato slices and cut again to 1/2" slices.

Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Customize It Instructions

If using 20 oz. ground beef, follow same instructions as 10 oz. ground beef, forming four patties and stacking two to serve.

If using ground pork, follow same instructions as ground beef in Step 3, cooking until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Bake the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/2"-thick fries. Pat dry.
Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, tomato seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Massage oil and seasoning into potatoes.Spread into a single layer. Bake in hot oven until lightly browned, flipping fries halfway through, 25-30 minutes.While fries bake, continue recipe. -
2 Crisp the Prosciutto
Remove prosciutto from refrigerator.
Place prosciutto on a microwave-safe plate in an even layer. Microwave until crisp, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and set aside. -
3 Cook the Burgers
Form ground beef into two evenly-sized patties, about 5" in diameter. Season both sides with garlic pepper and a pinch of pepper.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.Add patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.Transfer patties to a plate. Keep pan over medium-high heat. -
4 Toast Buns and Chop Tomatoes
Place buns in hot pan, cut side down, and toast until golden brown, 1-2 minutes.
Remove from burner.Coarsely chop tomatoes. -
5 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, spreading garlic aioli on bottom bun and topping with patty, tomatoes, prosciutto, and top bun. Bon appétit!
