Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Break up pulled pork and combine pork and seasoning blend in one section of provided tray. Top with salsa verde and 1 Tbsp. water. Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Tear a small slit in an upper corner of bag to vent. Place upright in microwave and heat, 45 seconds. Remove rice from packaging. Combine rice, corn, ¼ tsp. salt, and 2 Tbsp. water in empty section of provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until heated through, 4-5 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Halve lime. Top pork with chipotle crema and cheese, and squeeze lime over meal to taste. Bon appétit!

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Break up pulled pork and combine pork and seasoning blend in one section of provided tray. Top with salsa verde and 1 Tbsp. water. Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Tear a small slit in an upper corner of bag to vent. Place upright in microwave and heat, 45 seconds. Remove rice from packaging. Combine rice, corn, ¼ tsp. salt, and 2 Tbsp. water in empty section of provided tray. Place tray on baking sheet and bake uncovered in hot oven until heated through, 10-12 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Halve lime. Top pork with chipotle crema and cheese, and squeeze lime over meal to taste. Bon appétit!
