Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Halve and peel onion. Cut halves into 1/4" dice.

    Stem and mince oregano.

    Make the Sauce

    Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add onion, oregano, (reserve a pinch for garnish), spinach, and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until spinach is wilted, 2-3 minutes.

    Add pulled pork and marinara sauce. Stir occasionally until warmed through, 1-2 minutes.

    Toss the Pasta

    Add pasta and stir constantly until warmed through and coated with sauce, 2-3 minutes.

    Finish the Dish

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with cheese, remaining oregano, and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
