1 Prepare the Mashed Potatoes
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat and seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Add mashed potatoes (no need to drain), cream cheese, and a pinch of pepper to one provided tray. Stir vigorously to combine. Top with butter. Cream cheese and butter will melt as meal heats.Cover with foil. -
2 Prepare the Chicken
Coarsely crush crispy peppers.
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheese and crispy peppers. Set aside.Pat chicken dry and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.Place chicken in second provided tray. Top chicken evenly with mayonnaise, then crispy pepper-cheese mixture, pressing gently to adhere. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake both trays (mashed potatoes covered, chicken uncovered) in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove trays from oven. Add garlic salt to mashed potatoes and stir vigorously to combine. To serve, top chicken with dressing. Bon appétit!
