If using ground beef, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

1 Start the Brussels Sprouts
Place Brussels sprouts in provided tray. Spray with cooking spray, then toss with savory seasoning and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While Brussels sprouts bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine panko and 3 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground pork, garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Stir until thoroughly combined. Form mixture into 8 equally-sized meatballs.After 10 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and push Brussels sprouts to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Place meatballs in now-empty side of tray and spray with cooking spray. -
3 Make Sauce and Finish Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until Brussels sprouts are tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
While meal bakes, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese, pesto, and 1 Tbsp. water. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 30-60 seconds. Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine. Set aside.Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir softened butter into Brussels sprouts until melted and combined.To serve, top meatballs with sauce. Garnish Brussels sprouts with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
