Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare The Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Combine sweet potatoes, half the seasoned salt, and 2 tsp olive oil in provided tray until completely combined. Spread into a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes.
Add Chicken and Toppings
Stir in rice and push mixture to one side. Add chicken, remaining seasoned salt and a pinch of pepper to empty side of tray.
Finish The Dish
Continue to bake in a hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir in soy sauce to chicken mixture. Top with red cabbage, sesame sticks, pepitas, and drizzle with asian sesame dressing. Bon appétit!
