To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Add chicken and a pinch of pepper to provided tray until completely combined. Spread into a single layer. Bake in a hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-27 minutes.

    Add Naan

    Place naan bread directly on oven rack and bake for 2 minutes or until heated through..

    Make The Slaw and Finish The Dish

    Add slaw and dressing to a bowl until completely combined. Carefully remove pan from oven. Stir in sour cream, pesto, and carrots. Build gyros with chicken mixture,, slaw mixture, and feta. Bon appétit!
