  1. 1

    Start the Potatoes

Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Coat both provided trays with cooking spray.

Drain potatoes. Combine potatoes, garlic salt, and 1 tsp. olive oil in one provided tray.

Bake uncovered in hot oven, 12 minutes.

While potatoes bake, prepare and sear salmon.

  2. 2

    Sear Salmon and Add Peas

Pat salmon dry, and season flesh side with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.

Add salmon to hot pan, skin side up, and sear until golden brown, 1-2 minutes on one side.

Remove from burner. Transfer salmon to second provided tray, flesh side up.

Carefully remove potato tray from oven. Top with peas and a pinch of pepper.

  3. 3

    Bake the Meal

Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until peas are bright green and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 10-12 minutes.

    While meal bakes, mince dill.

Combine cream base and mustard in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until heated through, 20-30 seconds.

Carefully remove trays from oven. Stir butter and dill into vegetables and top salmon with mustard cream sauce. Bon appétit!
