1 Start the Broccoli
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking, and after handling raw meat. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands, if larger than a ping-ping ball.Place broccoli in provided tray. Top with 2 tsp. olive oil and 1/4 tsp. salt. Massage oil and seasoning into broccoli. Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes. While broccoli bakes, continue recipe. -
2 Form Meatloaves and Prepare Ingredients
Stem sage. Line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel.
Add sage and bacon to towel-lined plate. Microwave until crisp, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Crumble sage leaves into small pieces. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine panko, ground turkey, 1/2 tsp. salt, and chimichurri seasoning.Form mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height. After 15 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Push broccoli to one side of tray.Add meatloaves to now-empty side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. -
3 Bake Meal and Make Sauce
Bake uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese and 2 Tbsp. water. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until heated through, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir in bacon and sage until combined and smooth.Carefully remove tray from oven. Transfer meatloaves to a plate. Season broccoli with garlic and parsley seasoning and gently toss to combine. To serve, top meatloaf with sauce and garnish broccoli with shredded cheese. Bon appétit!
