Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

1 Cook Gnocchi and Prepare Green Onions
Trim and thinly slice green onions, keeping white and green portions separate.
Line a plate with a paper towel.Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add gnocchi to hot pan. Stir occasionally until tender and golden brown, 5-7 minutes.Transfer gnocchi to towel-lined plate. Keep pan over medium heat; no need to wipe clean. -
2 Cook the Sausage
Add 2 tsp. olive oil, Italian sausage, white portions of green onions, and leeks to hot pan. Stir occasionally until no pink remains and sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.

3 Add the Sauce
Add cream base, chicken base, garlic pepper, lemon n herb seasoning, and half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish) to hot pan. Stir occasionally until combined and cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes.

4 Add Gnocchi and Finish Dish
Add peas, spinach, and gnocchi to hot pan. Stir occasionally until spinach is wilted and peas are heated through, 1-2 minutes.
Remove from burner and stir in lemon juice until combined.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing gnocchi with remaining cheese and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
