If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using ground turkey, cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Break up until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Place sausage in provided tray and break into bite-sized pieces.
Add leeks, half the red pepper flakes (use less if spice-averse; reserve remaining for garnish), a pinch of salt, and 1/2 tsp. olive oil. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer. -
2 Bake Sausage and Add Orzo
Bake covered in hot oven until sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-18 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven and break up sausage again into bite-sized pieces.Stir in cream base, orzo, chicken base, 1/2 cup water, corn, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), and a pinch of salt until combined. Spread into an even layer and cover with foil. -
3 Finish the Meal
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until orzo is heated through, 18-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven and stir in softened butter until combined.To serve, top orzo mixture with remaining cheese and garnish with remaining red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
