If using antibiotic free chicken, follow same instructions.

1 Start the Snap Peas
If desired, pull strings from snap peas. If string is hard to find and remove, make a very thin cut lengthwise along the string.
Place snap peas in provided tray and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, garlic pepper, a pinch of salt, and 2 tsp. water. Spread into an even layer and cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While snap peas bake, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. Evenly spread miso base on one side of chicken.
After 10 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and push snap peas to one side. Add chicken to empty side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Bake uncovered in hot oven until snap peas are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While snap peas and chicken bake, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Rice, Make Sauce, and Finish Meal
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging.
Place rice in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and Rest, 2 minutes.Stir in a pinch of salt and 1/2 Tbsp. softened salted butter until combined. Fluff rice with a fork.While rice microwaves, in a mixing bowl, combine garlic sesame sauce and mayonnaise.To serve, top chicken with sauce and garnish with sesame seeds. Slice chicken, if desired.
