1 Prepare the Ingredients
Spray grill with cooking spray and heat grill to medium. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Place snap peas, broccoli, garlic sesame sauce, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided grill bag. Roll open end of bag to seal and gently shake to mix. Place grill bag on grill and cook 15-18 minutes, flipping bag halfway through. -
2 Grill the Chicken
Season chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place chicken on grill and cook until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.
If using steak, follow same instructions, grilling until steak reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side. -
3 Finish the Meal
Carefully remove from grill. Top chicken with satay sauce and sesame seeds. Top vegetables with sambal (to taste) and peanuts. Bon appétit!

4 For a Rainy Day
If cooking indoors, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Prepare a baking sheet with foil and cooking spray. Place snap peas and broccoli on prepared baking sheet and gently combine with garlic sesame sauce, 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread into a single layer and roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender, 15-18 minutes. Pat chicken dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Place chicken in hot pan and cook until golden brown and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from pan. Follow same plating instructions, topping chicken with satay sauce and sesame seeds and topping vegetables with sambal (to taste) and peanuts.
