Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using ground beef, follow same instructions.

  1. 1

    Cook the Pork

Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning. Add ground pork, Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse), and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan.

Break up meat until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-7 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add the Vegetables

Kids not a fan of extra heat? Feel free to skip/reduce the minced garlic and chili pepper. Add minced garlic and chili pepper (to taste), slaw mix, edamame, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan.

Stir occasionally until edamame is heated through and slaw mix is wilted, 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the Sauces

Add garlic sesame sauce, yuzu dipping sauce, rice vinegar, and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

  4. 4

    Add Noodles and Finish Dish

Once simmering, add noodles to hot pan. Stir often until noodles are heated through and coated, 3-4 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping noodle mixture with sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
