Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine carrots, ginger, bok choy, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Spread into an even layer.
Bake in hot oven until starting to soften, 10 minutes.

Add the Chicken
Carefully remove from oven. Push vegetables to one side of tray.
Pat chicken dry, and place in empty side of tray. Top with 1 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of pepper.

Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Drizzle hoisin sauce over chicken and crumble sesame sticks over top. Garnish vegetables with Sriracha (to taste) and sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
