Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine carrots, ginger, bok choy, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Spread into an even layer. Bake in hot oven until starting to soften, 10 minutes.

2 Add the Chicken
Carefully remove from oven. Push vegetables to one side of tray. Pat chicken dry, and place in empty side of tray. Top with 1 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of pepper.

3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Drizzle hoisin sauce over chicken and crumble sesame sticks over top. Garnish vegetables with Sriracha (to taste) and sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
