If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Finely crush croutons in shipping bag.In a mixing bowl, combine croutons and cheese. Set aside.Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper. -
2 Assemble the Green Beans and Chicken
Place green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and garlic and parsley seasoning on one half of prepared baking sheet. Massage oil and seasonings into green beans. Spread into an even layer on their side.
Place chicken on empty side of sheet and evenly top with crouton mixture, pressing gently to adhere. -
3 Roast the Green Beans and Chicken
Roast in hot oven until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-20 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove sheet from oven and stir softened plain butter into green beans. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.While green beans and chicken roast, continue recipe. -
4 Heat Rice and Finish Dish
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps and remove from packaging.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine rice and 1/4 tsp. salt. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Stir lemon garlic butter into rice and fluff with a fork.To serve, top chicken with dressing. Bon appétit!
