Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Start the Vegetables

    Quarter potatoes.

    Stem and mince tarragon.

    Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, buttermilk-dill seasoning, and 1/2 tsp. tarragon (reserve remaining for panko mixture). Spread into an even layer.

    Roast in hot oven, 15 minutes.

    While potatoes roast, continue recipe.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Halve tomatoes. If you receive one whole tomato instead, not to worry; simply core tomato, cut into 1/2" dice, and proceed with recipe instructions.

    In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic and lemon basil, panko, 1/2 tsp. reserved tarragon (remaining is yours to use as you please!), a pinch of salt, and 2 tsp. olive oil. Set aside.

    Pat salmon dry and season flesh side with garlic salt.

    Assemble the Vegetables and Salmon

    After 15 minutes, carefully remove potatoes from oven.

    Stir tomatoes, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper into potatoes until combined. Push vegetables to one side of sheet. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Place salmon on now-empty side of sheet and evenly top with panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Spray with cooking spray.

    Finish Vegetables and Salmon and Finish Dish

    Roast in hot oven until potatoes are fork-tender and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 13-15 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    To serve, top salmon with softened butter. Bon appétit!
