Stem and quarter mushrooms.
Cut potatoes into 1/4"-thick fries. Pat dry. -
Roast the Fries
Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.
Spread into a single layer and roast in hot oven until lightly browned, 15 minutes, flipping fries halfway through. After 15 minutes, carefully flip again. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil. Bake until golden brown, 18-20 minutes. While fries roast, prepare burgers. -
Cook the Burgers
Combine ground beef and half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for topping) in a mixing bowl. Form into two equally-sized patties. Season patties on both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and coat generously with cooking spray. Add patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred on one side, 4-6 minutes.Carefully flip patties and top with Swiss cheese. Cook until patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.Remove from burner. Transfer patties to a plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean. -
Make the Topping
Return pan used to cook patties to medium-high heat. Add 2 tsp. olive oil, mushrooms, and remaining garlic salt. Stir often until lightly browned, 3-5 minutes.
Add cream cheese and 1/4 cup water. Bring to a simmer.Once simmering, remove from burner. If water evaporates quickly, add additional water, 1 Tbsp. at a time and up to 1/4 cup, until desired consistency is reached.Transfer topping to a plate. Wipe pan clean and reserve pan. -
Toast Buns and Finish Dish
Halve buns, if necessary.
Return pan used to cook topping to medium heat.Place buns in hot, dry pan, cut side down, and toast until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping fries with Parmesan and truffle oil and topping bottom bun with burger, topping, and top bun. Bon appétit!
