Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

Start the Shrimp and Bacon
Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry.
In provided tray, combine shrimp, bacon, and 1 tsp. olive oil. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.Shrimp will finish cooking in a later step. -
Add the Pasta and Sauce
Carefully remove tray from oven and drain any excess liquid.
Add corn, pasta, cream base, mirepoix base, minced garlic and parsley, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Stir to combine and cover tray with foil. -
Bake Meal and Toast Ciabatta
Bake covered in hot oven until shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 10-15 minutes.
While meal bakes, separate ciabatta halves. Evenly top cut-sides with 1 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.Place ciabatta directly on oven rack and toast in hot oven until golden-brown, 5-7 minutes.Carefully remove tray and ciabatta from oven.To serve, top pasta with remaining cheese and red pepper flakes (to taste).
