Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Customize It Instructions
If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry and bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.
If using Impossible burger, bake uncovered in hot oven until burger reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 17-20 minutes.
Start the Rice
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.In provided tray, combine rice, cream base, 1/2 cup water, and half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for spinach).Bake uncovered in hot oven until edges begin to bubble, 10-12 minutes.While rice bakes, continue recipe.
Add the Shrimp and Spinach
Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry. Season all over with 1/4 tsp. salt.Carefully remove tray from oven. Top rice evenly with spinach, remaining garlic salt, shrimp, a pinch of pepper, and 2 tsp. olive oil.
Bake the Meal
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.While meal bakes, crumble walnuts in shipping bag.Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish) until combined and melted.To serve, garnish with remaining cheese and walnuts. Bon appétit!
