To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using steak strips, pat dry, coarsely chop,then separate pieces. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until steak strips reach minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Start the Vegetables
Prick tomatoes all over with a fork. If you receive one whole tomato instead, not to worry; simply core tomato, cut into 1/2" dice, and proceed with recipe instructions.
Place zucchini and tomatoes in provided tray and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, lemon n herb seasoning, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. -
2 Add Shrimp and Finish Vegetables
Gently smash tomatoes to release juices and push vegetables to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Pat shrimp dry and season all over with garlic pepper and a pinch of salt.Add shrimp to empty side of tray and evenly top with 1 tsp. olive oil. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Bake uncovered in hot oven until zucchini is tender and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-25 minutes.Carefully remove from oven and drain any excess liquid. -
3 Add Pasta and Finish Meal
Add pasta, cream base, pesto, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), and 1/4 tsp. salt to tray. Stir to combine and cover tray with foil.
Bake again covered in hot oven until pasta is heated through, 10-15 minutes.While pasta bakes, stem and tear parsley.Carefully remove tray from oven. Uncover and stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top pasta with remaining cheese and parsley. Bon appétit!
