1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain shrimp thoroughly. Pat dry.
Tear spinach.Halve lemon lengthwise. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half.Line a plate with a paper towel. Add bacon to provided tray. Microwave uncovered until crisp, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave and transfer bacon to towel-lined plate.In now-empty tray, combine cream base, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, pasta, shrimp, spinach, and a pinch of salt and pepper.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave again covered until heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Rest until sauce has thickened, 2-3 minutes.To serve, top pasta with bacon and remaining cheese. Squeeze lemon wedges over to taste. Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain shrimp thoroughly. Pat dry.

Rest until sauce has thickened, 2-3 minutes.To serve, top pasta with bacon and remaining cheese. Squeeze lemon wedges over to taste. Bon appétit!
