Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Combine orzo, cream cheese, mirepoix base, 1 ¼ cups water, garlic salt, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Top with spinach and broccoli, pressing gently to submerge.

    Add the Shrimp

    Top vegetables with shrimp in an even layer. If using 16 oz. shrimp, jumbo shrimp, and diced chicken, follow same instructions.

    Finish the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 20-25 minutes. If using 16 oz. shrimp or jumbo shrimp, follow same instructions. If using diced chicken, bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Stir in butter, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until creamy. Garnish with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
