If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using salmon, pat dry. Cook, skin-side up first, in a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Start Shrimp and Prepare Ingredients
Pat shrimp dry.
Place shrimp in provided tray and toss with a pinch of salt, 1 tsp. olive oil, and half the minced garlic and parsley (reserve remaining for ciabatta). Spread into a single layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.Shrimp will finish cooking in a later step.While shrimp bake, halve lemon.Stem and tear parsley.After 10 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and drain any excess liquid. Tray will be hot! Use caution. -
2 Add Noodles and Bake Meal
Add cream base, noodles, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Stir until combined and evenly top with half the softened butter (reserve remaining for ciabatta). Butter will melt as meal bakes.
Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven until noodles are heated through and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 10-15 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven. Squeeze one lemon half (reserve remaining for garnish) over to taste and stir in a pinch of salt until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.While meal bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Toast Ciabatta and Finish Meal
Halve ciabatta diagonally. Evenly spread cut-sides with remaining softened butter and remaining minced garlic and parsley.
Place ciabatta directly on oven rack in hot oven and toast until slightly golden-brown, 4-6 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.To serve, top noodles and shrimp with remaining cheese, red pepper flakes (to taste), and parsley. Squeeze remaining lemon half over to taste. Bon appétit!
