Light and soft might be the description you'd find for pillows and kittens, not a hearty steak meal with a side of potatoes. But light and soft describe the delicate delights of this steak, coated with creamy and tangy goat cheese butter. Rich, soft, decadent… and your dinner. Tip: Make quick work of mincing garlic by smashing the whole clove with the side of your chef's knife. Then rock the knife back and forth, keeping the tip steady by resting your other hand over the top._
