Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Bake the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine broccoli, cauliflower, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 5 minutes. -
2 Add the Meatloaves
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir garlic into vegetables and push to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, half the Worcestershire (reserve remaining for topping), panko, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form ground beef mixture into evenly-sized loaves. Place meatloaves in empty space in tray.Combine remaining Worcestershire, mustard, and ketchup in another mixing bowl. Top meatloaves with mustard-ketchup sauce. -
3 Bake the Meatloaves
Bake uncovered in hot oven until loaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Fold cheese slices and place on meatloaves.Bake again uncovered in hot oven until cheese is melted, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. Bon appétit!
