Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using diced chicken, follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 1 and 2, baking uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

  • If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 1 and 2, breaking up into smaller pieces and baking uncovered in hot oven until burger is heated through, 15-20 minutes.

  • If using steak strips, separate into a single layer, pat dry, and coarsely chop. Follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 1 and 2, baking uncovered in hot oven until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 13-15 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Drain shrimp thoroughly. Pat dry. Combine shrimp and seasoning rub in provided tray. Push to one side.

    Combine red bell peppers, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in empty side of tray.

    Bake the Shrimp and Vegetables

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until peppers are tender and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.

    Assemble the Tacos

    While shrimp bake, combine slaw mix and dressing in a mixing bowl.

    In another mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and Sriracha (to taste).

    Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Spread Sriracha aioli on tortillas and top with shrimp, red bell peppers, slaw mix, and wontons. Bon appétit!
