Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

cook the potatoes
Cut potatoes into ½" wedges and pat dry. Place wedges on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, seasoning blend and a pinch pepper. Massage seasoning into potatoes. Spread into a single layer and bake in hot oven until lightly browned, 15-18 minutes, tossing fries halfway through.

Coarsely chop mushrooms.
Trim and thinly slice green onions, keeping white and green portions separate.
Core tomato and cut into ½" rounds.
toast the buns
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add buns to hot pan, cut-side down.
Toast 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
No need to wipe pan clean.
cook the mushrooms
Return pan used to toast buns to medium-high heat with 2 tsp. olive oil. Add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add mushrooms, white portions of green onions, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan and stir occasionally until browned, 4-6 minutes.
Remove from burner and stir in barbecue sauce.
