Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using ground beef, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach minimum internal temperature, 25-30 minutes.

  • If using ground turkey, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

    Start the Vegetables

    Trim green beans, if necessary.

    Combine green beans, corn, seasoned salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Spread into an even layer.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Push vegetables to one side.

    While vegetables bake, continue recipe.

    Add the Meatloaves

    In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cheese, bacon, panko, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Form mixture into two evenly-sized meatloaves and place in now-empty side of tray.

    Cover vegetables side with foil.

    Finish the Meal

    Bake half-covered (vegetables covered, meatloaves uncovered) in hot oven until green beans are tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    To serve, garnish meatloaf with BBQ sauce. Bon appétit!
