Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Customize It Instructions
If using whole chicken breasts, pat dry and, cut into 1" dice. Follow same instructions in Steps 1 and 2, baking uncovered until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 25-28 minutes.
If using steaks strips, separate into a single layer and pat dry. Follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 1 and 2, baking uncovered until steak strips reach minimum internal temperature, 25-28 minutes.
If using Italian sausage, remove from casing, if necessary. Follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 1 and 2, breaking up sausage. Bake uncovered sausage reaches minimum internal temperature, 25-28 minutes.
If using Impossible Burger, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 1 and 2, breaking up burger. Bake uncovered until burger is heated through, 25-28 minutes.
Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Pat diced chicken dry.
Combine broccoli, diced chicken, pasta, garlic salt, cream cheese, caramelized onion jam, and chicken demi-glace in provided tray. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-28 minutes.
Finish the Meal
Carefully remove from oven. Stir in sour cream and top with crispy onions and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
