Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Tear a small slit in an upper corner of bag to vent. Place upright in microwave and heat, 45 seconds. Remove rice from packaging. Mix rice, half the salsa (reserve remaining for garnish), corn, seasoning blend, 1/4 cup water, and 1/2 tsp. salt in provided tray until thoroughly combined. Drain chicken and pat dry. Top rice with chicken. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until heated through, 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Top with cheese. Microwave again uncovered until cheese is melted, 30-60 seconds. Carefully remove tray from microwave. To serve, top chicken and rice with dressing (to taste), remaining salsa, and tortilla strips. 2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Top rice with chicken. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until rice is heated through, 12-14 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Top with cheese. Place on a baking sheet and bake again uncovered until cheese is melted, 5-8 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. To serve, top chicken and rice with dressing (to taste), remaining salsa, and tortilla strips. Bon appétit!
