Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine bolognese, cream cheese, poblano, seasoning rub, 1 Tbsp. water, and 1/2 tsp. salt in provided tray. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats.Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until poblano is tender, 3-4 minutes.While meal heats, combine ricotta and pesto (to taste) in a mixing bowl.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir in pasta until completely combined.Cover again with a damp paper towel. Microwave until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.To serve, top pasta with shredded cheese, crispy onions, and pesto ricotta. Bon appétit! -

Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

Bake covered in hot oven until heated through, 10-12 minutes.While meal bakes, combine ricotta and pesto (to taste) in a mixing bowl.Carefully remove tray from oven. To serve, top pasta with shredded cheese, crispy onions, and pesto ricotta. Bon appétit!
