If using diced chicken breasts, follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 1 and 2, baking until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes.
Pat shrimp dry.Combine shrimp, tomatoes, and flour in provided tray until no dry flour remains.Stir in 1/2 cup water, marinara, and seasoning blend until combined. -
2 Bake Shrimp and Add Pasta
Bake uncovered in hot oven until simmering and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 10-12 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in pasta, half the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.Mix well, then cover with foil. -
3 Make Ricotta and Finish Dish
Bake covered in hot oven until pasta is heated through, 8-10 minutes.
While pasta bakes, in a mixing bowl, combine ricotta and pesto.Carefully remove from oven. Top pasta with remaining shredded cheese, basil ricotta, and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
