Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely chop spinach.
Drain artichokes, rinse, and pat dry.Mince garlic. -
2 Cook the Filling
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add spinach, artichokes, and lemon n herb seasoning to hot pan. Stir often until spinach is wilted, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in cream cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper until combined. -
3 Assemble the Melts
Separate ciabattas.
Evenly spread 1 Tbsp. softened plain butter on cut-side of top halves.Evenly top bottom halves with filling, then both shredded cheeses. -
4 Bake the Melts
Place top and bottom ciabatta halves, cut-side up, on prepared baking sheet.
Bake in hot oven until cheeses are melted and ciabattas are toasted, 10-12 minutes.Carefully remove from oven.While melts bake, continue recipe. -
5 Cook Tomato Dipper and Finish Dish
Place a medium pot over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add garlic to hot pot. Stir often until fragrant, 30-60 seconds.
Add marinara, cream base, 1/4 cup water, basil pesto butter, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, remove from burner. Set aside and cover to keep warm.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom ciabatta half with top half. Halve melt, if desired. Serve tomato dipper on the side. Bon appétit!
