    Make The Salad

    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Trim cucumber and thinly slice into rounds. Quarter apple and remove core. Cut into ½" slices Combine poppyseed dressing and strawberry preserves in a bowl. Add spinach, dressing, cucumber, and apples to the bowl. Toss to combine, Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping salad with feta and smoked almonds. Bon appétit!
