Customize It Instructions

  • If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered until meatloaves are heated through, 32-35 minutes.

  • If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered until meatloaves reach minimum internal temperature, 32-35 minutes.

  • If using ground pork, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered until meatloaves reach minimum internal temperature, 32-35 minutes.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine green beans, 1 tsp. olive oil, and 1 Tbsp. water in provided tray. Spread into a single layer.

    Cover tray with foil. Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes.

    Form the Meatloaves

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Remove foil. Combine green beans and half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for meatloaves). Push green beans to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ricotta, remaining garlic salt, panko, and a pinch of pepper. Form into two equally-sized loaves.

    Place loaves in empty space in tray and top with stroganoff sauce.

    Finish the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 32-35 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Bon appétit!
