Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using ground turkey, bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach minimum internal temperature, 30-35 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, bake uncovered in hot oven until loaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 28-30 minutes.

1 Start the Potatoes and Carrots
Turn oven on to 400 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry.
Add mashed potatoes (no need to drain) and cream cheese to provided tray. Stir vigorously to combine. Bake uncovered in hot oven until heated through, 7-10 minutes.While potatoes heat, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine carrots, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until softened, 2-4 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Drain excess liquid.While potatoes and carrots cook, continue recipe. -
2 Add the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground beef, panko, savory seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Form mixture into 2 equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves.
After 7-10 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Vigorously stir potatoes to combine and push to one corner of tray. Add carrots to corner next to potatoes and top with honey.Add meatloaves to now-empty side of tray and top evenly with BBQ sauce. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 22-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Rest, 3 minutes.To serve, top meatloaf with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
